Account Mode / Platform-Integrated Account

No need to configure exchange APIs yourself— let the platform handle account integration and operational management.

Platform-integrated accounts are designed for customers who wish to minimize technical setup and day-to-day management. Customers use their platform accounts to manage funds and services, while the system and platform handle subsequent account integration, strategy execution, and record management.

It is not a "high-end" or "low-end" version of the individual API mode, but rather a different approach to capital management and service delivery.

Why it matters

Integrated accounts eliminate the burden of configuration and management

Integrated accounts are designed for clients who wish to minimize technical setup and day-to-day account management. Clients do not need to create exchange APIs themselves; the platform handles account integration, operation and maintenance, and fund flows. The system still requires separate tracking of principal, utilized balance, returns, fees, and available balance for each client.

Will not create exchange APIs

Customers do not need to perform API, permission, or connection checks on their own.

The varying API names, permissions, and account modes across different exchanges can easily lead to configuration errors for inexperienced customers. Integrated accounts allow the platform to handle all these technical integration tasks centrally.

Don’t want to manage your account on a daily basis

The platform handles account onboarding, strategy execution, and necessary maintenance centrally.

API maintenance, connection errors, account onboarding, and service restoration are handled by the platform. Customers primarily use a unified dashboard to view their funds and operational status, reducing the need to navigate across multiple systems.

Clear customer records are required

Principal, utilized funds, returns, and fees must be recorded separately for each customer.

When a platform centrally manages real trading funds, client ownership must be more clearly defined than in individual accounts. Principal, utilized funds, returns, fees, and withdrawals cannot rely solely on a platform’s total balance statement.

Complete guide

How do integrated accounts achieve both centralized management and client-specific attribution simultaneously?

Integrated accounts reduce the burden on customers of creating exchange APIs and maintaining connections, but the platform must assume full responsibility for fund identification, customer account segregation, operational management, profit settlement, and withdrawal processing. Centralized management does not equate to commingled accounts.

01 / Access

Complete the integration from the client platform

After selecting the integrated account, customers can manage their funds and view their account status through the official client platform; they do not need to log in to their main exchange account separately.

Customers should select a supported funding method from the official platform and use their own dedicated access point. The status of funds (received, confirmed, and available) should be driven by actual funding records; customers do not need to send transaction hashes to individuals and should not complete funding operations through unofficial addresses.

  • Exclusive Client Funding Portal
  • Funds Status Displayed Continuously
  • Exceptional cases are handled through customer service and the backend.
02 / Management

The platform handles all operational management centrally.

The platform is responsible for account configuration, strategy integration, and day-to-day operations; customers primarily monitor their funds, trading status, and settlement status.

The platform handles trading account connections, strategy execution, and necessary exception handling, while customers primarily select their risk preferences and monitor their own trading status. Centralized management reduces the configuration burden; it does not combine all customer funds and results into a single aggregate total where ownership cannot be traced.

  • No need to configure the API yourself
  • The system utilizes the same quantitative capabilities
  • Customers are still required to select their risk tolerance.
03 / Isolation

Each customer must maintain separate records.

Client principal, available funds, utilized funds, returns, fees, and withdrawal status must be recorded separately; a single total balance cannot be used alone to determine ownership.

Separate records must track fund inflows, available balances, strategy allocations, actual returns, fees, outflows, and historical transaction logs. Every transaction must be traceable to the corresponding customer and business reason; integration management must not be used as a justification for obscuring the ownership of funds.

  • Clear Ownership of Client Funds
  • Returns and fees are calculated separately
  • Transaction history is retained indefinitely
04 / Billing

No subscription fees; settlements are based on profit-sharing rules.

There is no subscription fee for integrated accounts; service fees are charged only on positive net returns that meet the account activation rules and have completed settlement reconciliation.

Integrated accounts are not subject to individual-mode subscription fees. The revenue service fee is calculated solely based on the applicable rules, applied only to eligible positive net returns that have been realized, settled, and net of relevant costs; unrealized gains and unrecouped losses cannot be prematurely treated as chargeable revenue.

  • Subscription fee: 0 USDT
  • Unrealized gains are not used as a basis for charging fees.
  • Actual rates are subject to the official statement.
05 / Funding path

The customer-specific portal is responsible for identifying ownership, while the independent ledger is responsible for recording available funds.

Customers complete fund transactions through the dedicated deposit portal displayed on the official platform. The system identifies customers based on address ownership, verified assets, successful on-chain status, and unique transaction records; correct crediting does not require customers to send transaction hashes to individuals, nor does it rely on manual approval by administrators.

On-chain receipt is only one part of the funds flow. Customer ledgers, internal platform consolidation, exchange deposit confirmation, customer fund allocation, and reconciliation must be recorded separately; only funds that meet the access control criteria can be made available for use by the trading bot.

  • Dedicated Portal for Customer Identification and Purpose
  • On-chain confirmations and customer records are definitive evidence.
  • The "Tradable" status is pending allocation and reconciliation.
06 / Isolated ledger

Each client’s principal, utilized margin, returns, and fees must vary independently.

An integrated account must distinguish between, at a minimum, available funds, order commitments, pending withdrawals, fees, realized and unrealized results, and pending and settled service fees. A platform’s total balance does not reflect the actual amount of funds each customer holds.

Any position taken must first be backed by sufficient available funds in the client’s account; both profit releases and losses can only be applied to the amount the client has already committed. Clients cannot cover losses for one another, and repeated events cannot result in duplicate increases to the balance.

  • Customer attribution is not calculated based on the platform’s total balance.
  • Record the business reason for every change in funds
  • Funds and risks for different clients must not be commingled.
07 / Settlement

Profits, service fees, and withdrawals are all subject to final settlement.

Unrealized gains on open positions fluctuate with market conditions and cannot be treated in advance as withdrawable profits or used as the basis for fee calculations. Only after positions, orders, fees, and funds have been settled and reconciled—and historical unrecovered losses have been offset—will eligible net gains be included in the calculation of service fees.

Withdrawals require first freezing the corresponding available balance, followed by review, payment, and final confirmation. “In progress” does not mean the funds have already been credited on-chain, and failed transactions cannot simply be deleted; it must be possible to trace each status back to the customer’s request, the freezing of funds, and the actual payment transaction.

  • No fees are charged on unrealized gains.
  • No repeat commission distribution when historical losses remain unrecouped
  • Funds cannot be reused during the withdrawal period.

Integrating an Account: From Fund Deposit to Operation

01

Registration Options

Select Account Mode Integration

After registering, customers should select an integrated account and check the official website to confirm the currently supported funding channels, networks, cryptocurrencies, and their unique address.

02

Complete the funding process

Use the customer-specific portal

Once a valid transfer meets the confirmation criteria, the system creates a separate ledger for the customer based on the address ownership and the unique transaction record; normal settlement does not require the customer to submit a hash or administrator approval.

03

Platform Integration

Complete Account and Fund Setup

The platform continues to process fund consolidation, exchange deposits, client fund allocation, and reconciliation. On-chain receipt of funds does not mean the funds are ready for bot operations.

04

System Operation

Strategies, Risk, and History—Ongoing Work

Once all access controls have been cleared, the system operates according to the client’s risk preference and separately records funds, utilized positions, returns, fees, and withdrawal status for the client’s ongoing review.
