Where to keep your fundsis entirely up to the customer.

OQIRON offers two usage options: keep funds in the customer’s own exchange and authorize automated execution via API; or use the platform’s integrated custodial account, delegating account configuration and operational management to the platform. Both options utilize the same set of market identification, strategy coordination, and risk logic.

Transparent FeesSubscription and revenue service fees are billed separately

It’s not a matter of high or low allocation, but rather two different approaches to capital management.

The key consideration is not which option is “more advanced,” but which one better meets the client’s requirements regarding fund positioning, configuration complexity, and fee structures.

01 / Mode A

Personal Exchange API Mode

Customers continue to use their own exchange accounts and funds, connecting to OQIRON via an API that does not include withdrawal permissions. The system operates within the scope of the authorization granted, and customers retain control of their exchange accounts.

Funds remain on the customer’s exchange
Withdrawal permissions are not required.
A valid trial or subscription is required.
02 / Mode B

Platform Integration: Hosted Mode

Customers do not need to configure exchange APIs themselves; the platform handles account integration, strategy execution, and day-to-day management, and tracks principal, utilized funds, returns, and fees through customer-isolated ledgers.

No need to configure exchange APIs yourself
No subscription fees for personal accounts
Service fees are charged only on positive net returns that meet the settlement rules.
03 / Billing

Fees are not a vague total amount

The subscription fee for personal accounts grants access to the system; the profit service fee applies only to positive net profits that comply with current rules and have completed settlement and reconciliation. Trading fees, funding rates, and on-chain fees will still affect the customer’s final net result.

Unrealized gains are not used as a basis for charging fees.
Service fees are not calculated in advance on unrealized losses.

A Complete Guide from Registration to Operation

After registration is complete, customers select an account mode, configure their risk preferences, and complete the necessary account integration. The system will only enter automatic operation after passing the condition checks.

Complete guide

Account mode determines not only where funds are held, but also the respective responsibilities of each party.

Personal APIs and integrated accounts use the same quantitative trading system, but differ in connection methods, fund records, daily maintenance, and fee structures. A complete comparison must cover the entire lifecycle, from account activation through operation, settlement, and termination.

05 / Personal life cycle

Personal API: Customers retain control over their exchanges, while the platform provides system operation services.

Customer funds remain in their own exchange account. Personal mode requires a valid Trial or Paid Subscription.

Use API credentials dedicated to OQIRON. Never send login passwords, email verification codes, or complete keys through support, chat apps, or screenshots.

Withdrawal permission does not block API binding or robot Start, and OQIRON never uses a customer trading API to withdraw.

Permission labels vary by exchange. After binding, the system still verifies account identity, read access, trading permissions, and position mode.

During operation, customers can view their accounts directly on the exchange, but should avoid managing the same positions simultaneously with the bot. If the API becomes invalid or the authorization expires, the system will first prevent the assumption of new risks and then safely close out existing positions, orders, and finalize the settlement.

Principal funds are not transferred to the platform
Customer Management of Exchange Accounts and APIs
A subscription grants access to the service; it is not trading capital.
06 / Integrated life cycle

Integrated Accounts: The platform assumes greater responsibility for integration and management

Customers complete transactions through the funding channels supported by the official platform and do not need to create their own exchange APIs. The platform is responsible for fund identification, independent customer accounting, trading account integration, operation and maintenance, and profit settlement.

Centralized management must not omit customer attribution. Principal, available balance, used balance, returns, fees, and withdrawals must all be recorded by customer; only funds that have been successfully received, allocated, and reconciled may be included in the operational scope.

Customers do not need to maintain exchange APIs
The platform is responsible for funds and operational processes
Client accounts must be kept separate from the platform’s total funds.
07 / Billing logic

Subscription fees grant access to the service; service fees are deducted from settled positive net returns.

Subscription fees for individual paid plans grant access to the system for a specific period; subsequent purchases will extend the validity period starting from the later of the current expiration date or the payment confirmation date. Free trials are issued by customer service based on eligibility, and the actual duration is subject to the customer’s account records.

Service fees cannot be calculated in advance based on unrealized gains. Only positive net profits from closed positions—after deducting relevant costs, completing reconciliation, and exceeding the valid settlement threshold—will be settled in accordance with the rules in effect for the client’s account at that time.

How it works

Both modes use the same system; the differences lie in fund allocation, account permissions, and service responsibilities.

Choosing an account mode is not the same as choosing between a “Basic” or “Advanced” plan. What customers need to compare is: where their trading capital is held, who is responsible for API configuration, who handles day-to-day issues, and what the final fee structure is.

01

Funds Position

In personal API mode, trading capital always remains in the customer’s own exchange account; in integrated account mode, funds follow the platform’s capital flow process and are subject to independent record-keeping and centralized operational management.

02

Connections and Permissions

Personal APIs are created by customers and include only the permissions required for reading and trading; they do not grant withdrawal permissions. Integrated accounts do not require customers to create exchange APIs themselves.

03

Operation and Maintenance

Both modes use the same market data, strategies, and risk management systems. In Individual Mode, customers are responsible for maintaining their exchange accounts and ensuring API validity; in Integrated Mode, the platform handles account onboarding and day-to-day operational management.

04

Pricing

Individual Mode requires a valid trial or subscription, and service fees are calculated based on the applicable rules; Integration Mode does not charge individual subscription fees, but only charges service fees on eligible, settled positive net returns in accordance with the applicable rules.

Explanation

Fees and Account Limits

Price is only part of the equation. It’s more important to understand what services each fee covers, whether funds are transferred, and under what conditions service fees on returns are incurred.

01

Why is there a subscription fee for personal accounts?

+

The subscription fee grants access to the system for individual exchange API mode; it is not trading capital and is not invested in the market on your behalf by the platform.

02

Why is there no subscription fee for integrated hosting?

+

The integration mode does not charge a subscription fee for personal accounts; the platform charges a service fee on positive net returns after settlement and reconciliation, in accordance with the currently effective rules.

03

How exactly are service fees calculated?

+

Calculations are based solely on positive net profits from closed positions that have been realized, net of relevant transaction costs and after settlement reconciliation; specific percentages are subject to the rules in effect for the client’s account and the official statement.

04

Can I try it out first before deciding?

+

Eligible customers may apply for a trial. The duration and scope of the trial are subject to the actual allocation records in the customer’s account.
