Initiate a Deposit

This is not required under normal circumstances. The system automatically identifies and credits funds based on the customer’s unique address and on-chain confirmation; manual processing is only required in cases of wrong chain, wrong cryptocurrency, abnormal amounts, chain reorganization, or unmatched transactions.

  • The minimum transaction amount for TRC20 USDT is currently 1 USDT.
  • The standard process does not require entering a trade hash, nor does it require administrator approval for deposits.

Deposits and Late Transfers

This is not required under normal circumstances. The system automatically identifies and credits funds based on the customer’s unique address and on-chain confirmation; manual processing is only required in cases of wrong chain, wrong cryptocurrency, abnormal amounts, chain reorganization, or unmatched transactions.

Withdrawal

After a customer submits a withdrawal request from an integrated account, the system first freezes the corresponding available balance, then proceeds through the review, payment, and on-chain confirmation processes. These funds cannot be reused during processing; the withdrawal is considered complete only after both the payment and the ledger confirm consistency. Failure or abnormal statuses should remain traceable and do not indicate that the funds have been lost.

On-chain transfers must match the network, currency, address, and amount exactly.

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed like regular form submissions. If the page specifies TRC20, you cannot send from other networks; if the page requires USDT, you cannot send other cryptocurrencies. The customer’s unique address is used for identification, but even a correct address cannot compensate for an incorrect network or cryptocurrency.

Balances are frozen after a withdrawal request is initiated to prevent the same funds from being traded, withdrawn again, or used for duplicate payments. Approval does not guarantee on-chain receipt; the system must also record the actual payment, transaction ID, confirmation status, and ledger deduction until these details align.

After reading this, what should customers be able to do?

Truly understanding a knowledge article isn’t about memorizing a few terms, but about being able to make the right decisions based on actual page content and account status. Use the checklist below to verify whether you’ve grasped the key points.

  • Before making a transfer, double-check the network, cryptocurrency, address, and amount word for word.
  • Do not make duplicate transfers out of anxiety after the countdown ends.
  • Save the public trade ID for exception verification
  • Do not resubmit the same withdrawal request while it is being processed.

Frequently Asked Questions

These questions are directly related to the content of this article. Answers are based on current platform rules and actual operational standards; however, when it comes to packages, percentages, the scope of available features, or account status, the information displayed on the customer dashboard and official statements shall prevail.

  • Does integrating a prepaid balance require submitting a transaction hash or waiting for administrator approval? | The standard process does not require this. The system automatically identifies and credits funds based on the customer’s unique address and on-chain confirmations; manual processing is only required in cases of wrong chain, wrong cryptocurrency, abnormal amounts, chain reorganization, or unmatched transactions.
  • Why is my integrated account or bonus withdrawal still "In Progress"? | Withdrawals require first freezing the available balance, followed by review, payment processing, and confirmation of receipt. "In Progress" indicates that the funds are still within the controlled process; it does not mean they have already been credited on-chain. Even if a withdrawal fails, it should remain in a recoverable and traceable status.
Use only the networks and cryptocurrencies explicitly enabled on the current page. Payments made to the wrong chain, the wrong cryptocurrency, or the wrong address may not be automatically recoverable.
