Trial and Subscription

Both the trial and paid subscriptions grant access to the individual account mode; they are not new account types. The trial is issued by an administrator, and no subscription fees or profit-sharing fees are charged during the trial period; paid subscriptions take effect automatically after the customer completes payment.

02

Profit Sharing

Revenue sharing is based solely on positive net profits that have been settled, reconciled, and exceed the settlement threshold. Unrealized gains, results that have not yet been reconciled, and historical losses that have not yet been offset cannot be counted toward revenue sharing more than once.

03

The invoice shall prevail.

Package prices, validity periods, and revenue-sharing ratios are subject to the effective settings recorded on the purchase page and in official invoices; do not substitute historical figures from knowledge articles for actual invoices. Subscriptions do not auto-renew, and no refunds are provided; subsequent purchases will extend the current remaining validity period rather than overwrite the existing term.

04

Understand eligibility requirements and trading results separately

Trial periods and subscriptions determine the timeframe during which an individual account can use the service; profit sharing applies to positive net profits that have already been generated and settled. The former two pertain to eligibility to use the service, while the latter relates to the settlement of trading results; purchasing a subscription should not be interpreted as purchasing profits.

Net profit must be calculated after deducting actual trading fees and taking the settlement basis into account. Unrealized gains on open positions are subject to change, and fees cannot be charged based solely on profitable periods when historical losses have not yet been recouped. Customers should review package details on the purchase page and check the current settlement on their official statement; they should not use the example figures in knowledge articles to interpret the applicable rules.

After reading this, what should customers be able to do?

Truly understanding a knowledge article isn’t about memorizing a few terms, but about being able to make the right decisions based on actual page content and account status. Use the checklist below to verify whether you’ve grasped the key points.

  • Confirm the start and end dates of your trial or subscription
  • Do not make duplicate payments during the payment processing.
  • View the settlement period and effective rates used for billing
  • Distinguish between unrealized gains and losses and realized net profits

Frequently Asked Questions

These questions are directly related to the content of this article. Answers are based on current platform rules and actual operational standards; however, when it comes to packages, percentages, the scope of available features, or account status, the information displayed on the customer dashboard and official statements shall prevail.

  • What is the difference between a trial and a paid subscription? | Both grant access to a personal account. A trial is issued by an administrator; during the trial period, no subscription fees or profit-sharing payments are charged. A paid subscription takes effect upon confirmation of payment, and settled profit-sharing payments are processed according to the official rules.
  • How Are Revenue Shares Calculated? | Only positive net returns that have been settled, reconciled, and exceed the settlement threshold are included in the calculation. No fees are charged on unrealized gains or unrecouped losses; the actual percentage is based on the active configuration recorded in the statement.
  • Why hasn’t my subscription taken effect after payment? | The system must verify the network, cryptocurrency, payee, amount, transaction ID, number of block confirmations, and whether the payment has been double-posted. If verification is incomplete, the amount does not match, the wrong chain or cryptocurrency was used, or the transaction cannot be matched, the subscription will not be activated early. Please do not make duplicate payments; check your payment status or contact customer service first.
