First, select an account mode

In Individual Account Mode, customers use their own exchange accounts and funds; this requires a valid trial or an active subscription. In Integrated Account Mode, customers use an isolated ledger; availability is subject to the current status indicated on the page. The account mode determines the location of funds, the connection method, and the fee structure; the two modes cannot be used interchangeably.

Complete preparations for activating your personal account

A successful binding merely indicates that the information has been saved; it does not guarantee that the bot will start. The server will re-read the exchange data and perform a full security check.

  • Complete the risk assessment and select a risk preference that aligns with your risk tolerance.
  • Create a dedicated OQIRON API at a supported exchange and enable read and trading permissions. Withdrawal permission does not block API linking or bot startup, and OQIRON does not use a customer's trading API to make withdrawals.
  • Confirm that the futures account, position mode, available funds, and service eligibility are all normal.
  • View bot status, fees, manual intervention, and safety stop rules
03

After launching, check the status first; do not expect an immediate trade execution.

After startup, the system needs to retrieve market data, balances, open positions, regular orders, conditional orders, and trade history, and complete attribution checks and reconciliation. New risk exposure is only permitted when both strategy conditions and all security checks are satisfied; the absence of orders may simply indicate that market conditions have not been met and does not necessarily mean the bot is malfunctioning.

04

There are just three things you need to do every day

The system provides continuous monitoring, but customers should still maintain account security and address explicit alerts.

  • Check the bot’s status, risk alerts, and on-site notifications regularly.
  • Do not manage the same position simultaneously across multiple pages and exchanges.
  • If you discover any unknown transactions, API leaks, or prolonged page abnormalities, immediately follow the security procedures and contact customer service.
05

When using this for the first time, do not skip the learning phase.

We recommend first understanding the difference between personal accounts and integrated accounts, then reviewing the risk and fee policies, and finally proceeding with the actual account setup. This way, customers will know where their funds are held, which permissions will be used, why the trading bot might be on hold, and where to look for information in the event of an anomaly.

The goal when launching the system for the first time is not to see an order as quickly as possible, but to verify that the account, permissions, funds, risk parameters, and page status are all properly configured. If no trade is executed immediately after the system begins monitoring, it typically means that the strategy and security conditions have not been met simultaneously.

Frequently Asked Questions

These questions are directly related to the content of this article. Answers are based on current platform rules and actual operational standards; however, when it comes to packages, percentages, the scope of available features, or account status, the information displayed on the customer dashboard and official statements shall prevail.

  • What is the difference between a personal account and an integrated account? | A personal account uses your own exchange account and API; an integrated account accesses the client-segregated ledger via platform-supported funding methods. Funds, bots, orders, and fees are recorded separately for each mode.
  • Why Won’t the Bot Start? | Common causes include invalid service eligibility, an incomplete risk assessment, failed API or account mode checks, insufficient funds, reconciliation discrepancies, or the system implementing security measures. Please address the issue based on the actual cause displayed on the page.
  • The bot has been launched, but why hasn’t it placed any orders yet? | Launching the bot simply means it has begun monitoring and checking conditions; it does not guarantee an immediate trade. Market direction, strategy conditions, fees, slippage, available funds, risk limits, data integrity, and exchange-specific factors must all be met simultaneously. It is normal for the bot to remain in a waiting state when conditions are not suitable.
